Q:  How do I start a Law Enforcement Explorer Post?
A: Contact your local district Learning for Life represenative by going to their website (www.learningforlife.org) and providing your zipcode or nearest major city.  Your LFL district rep will contact you and assist you in providing you the necessary information and paperwork to register.  Also new advisors are encouraged to attend our TLEEAA Law Enforcement Advisor Seminar to gain more insight into operating and maintaining a safely trained and educated program/post.

Q:  What is "Learning for Life (LFL)?" 
A:  Learning for Life is a sub-division of the Boy Scouts of America, a non-profit organization.  It allows both males and females between the ages of 14 (having completed the 8th grade) and 20 to participate in learning about a career in law enforcement. 

Q: What does it cost to become a member of TLEEAA?
A:  There is no cost to any LFL Law Enforcement Explorer Post in Texas to register! You can sign up to join our association by completing the TLEEAA Membership Form and sending it back to us.  Once approved by the Executive Board you become part of our assocation.
