This organization supports youth interested in law enforcement careers through training, events, and competitions for Explorer and Cadet posts across the state of Texas. It was established to promote Law Enforcement Youth Programs by providing vocational training, character development, and fitness activities for young people, and by supporting the law enforcement agencies and advisors who mentor these posts.
